ProService Hawaii Named One of Hawaii’s Best Workplaces for 2018
ProService Hawaii was recently recognized as one of “Hawaii’s Best Workplaces 2018” by Pacific Business News. The ranking, conducted through a confidential online questionnaire administered by Quantam Workplace, asked employees to score their company across six core areas of engagement, including communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership. ProService Hawaii scored in the top five businesses state-wide within the survey’s large category (100 employees or more) for going above and beyond the status quo to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for employees.
