At ProService Hawaii, we help employers hire, manage and grow their team with a suite of solutions to meet their needs for payroll, employee benefits, HR and compliance. Since our inception in 1994, we’ve been on a journey that has taken us from a small office in Kailua-Kona to one of Hawaii’s Top 250 employers and Best Places to Work. Today our offices are roomier, but our mission is the same: helping employers to succeed in Hawaii.
ProFirst is understanding that our company and our culture is something each of us owns and to which everyone contributes. ProFirst is not me first. It's “we” before “me.”
Our clients’ success is our success. We bring urgency, passion and discipline to making improvements for clients. We take it personally to do our best work for every client.
Be a Pro is bringing urgency, passion, and discipline to everything we do. We take it personally to do our best work for every client.
Play for Keeps is striving to be the best we can be, through our individual efforts and collectively as a team. We seek to be the best in the world at HR in Hawaii, and we assess our performance against our goal of being the absolute best.
We seek to be continuous learners at ProService. We see growth opportunities in our successes, mistakes, and acting like a rookie.
We’re not a multinational corporation with an office in Hawaii, we’re a business rooted in Kailua-Kona since 1994 that now has five offices on four islands. Supporting people is what we’re all about, on the job and off. That’s just one of the reasons we’re committed to giving back to our local communities, and expanding our programming every year.
