Frequently Asked Questions

Do employees need a separate login for ProAcademy?
No. ProAcademy uses single sign-on (SSO) through ProService Login (login.proservice.com). Employees click the ProAcademy tile in ProService Home or the Prism Employee Portal — no separate credentials needed.
What if an employee doesn't have a Prism account yet?
Employees need to log into Prism at least once before their ProAcademy account is created. After that first login, they'll appear in ProAcademy within 10 minutes. This is a one-time step.
Can managers and admins see all employees, or just their team?
Everyone has Employee access to their own trainings by default. Additional levels of access are available upon request. Additional access can allow managers and admins the ability to enroll employees and report on course completions/due dates. Manager access requires a direct report hierarchy and Admin access requires access to all employees at the company.
How does a manager or admin get access?
Contact [email protected] to request Manager or Admin access. ProService will verify Prism access levels and assign the appropriate role.
What training is available at launch?
All ProService on-demand and live courses — HR, Safety, and CPR — are available from day one. Employees can self-enroll in on-demand courses, as well as virtual and in-person featured sessions directly through ProAcademy.
Are any courses required by ProService?
No. Your business dictates which courses, if any, you and your employees are required to take.
Can we add our own training content?
Not yet — this will be available as an optional upgrade coming in Q4 of 2026. ProService will be able to import your proprietary content (videos, SCORM files, slide decks) into ProAcademy so employees complete and receive certificates all in one place.
We use another platform for some training. Can ProAcademy track those completions?
Not yet — this will be available as an optional upgrade coming in Q4 of 2026. If training is delivered elsewhere, such as on another platform, we will be able to log completions within ProAcademy so you have a single record of all employee training. The content doesn't need to move — just the completion data.
How do employees get enrolled in courses?
Three ways: (1) ProService enrolls them directly for required training, (2) a manager/admin enrolls them from the Manager/Admin view, or (3) employees self-enroll in any available on-demand course or open live session from their Learner Dashboard.
Will employees get reminders for incomplete courses?
Yes. Once enrolled, employees receive automated emails: a confirmation upon enrollment, reminders at 14 and 7 days before the due date, and an overdue notice if not completed. Due dates are set at 30 days from enrollment. Employees only receive emails if they are enrolled in a course.
What if an employee exits a course before finishing?
Progress is saved automatically. They can leave at any time and pick up exactly where they left off using the Exit Course button in the top right of any course.
What reports are available to admins?
Built-in reports include: Learner Activity (enrollment, completion, time in platform), Course Activity (status, due dates, overdue tracking), ILC Activity (same for live courses), Certificate Report (all certificates, downloadable), and Assessments Report (quiz scores by employee and course). All reports are filterable.
Can we download or print reports?
Yes. Employee transcripts are printable as PDFs. Certificates are individually downloadable. Standard report exports are available within the Admin reporting views to PDF, Excel, or CSV.
How do we know if employees actually passed versus just clicked through?
Courses with a quiz or assessment require it to be completed in order to receive a certificate. The Assessments Report shows scores per employee and per question — so you can see not just completion, but performance.
Is ProAcademy included in our ProService services?
Yes. ProAcademy and all core features are included for all ProService clients at no additional cost starting April 1, 2026. Optional upgrades (custom content, automated enrollments, third-party libraries) will be available targeting Q4 2026 — pricing to be announced.
We currently register for ProService training through Eventbrite. What changes?
Starting April 1, you can register through ProAcademy or continue using Eventbrite temporarily. Starting May 1, Eventbrite and the ProService training webpage will be retired — ProAcademy will be the only way to enroll in ProService training from that point forward.
Do we need to do anything to get set up?
No setup required. ProAcademy will be live and accessible for all employees on April 1. A welcome pop-up in ProService Home will explain ProAcademy and link to a learner tutorial on first login. To request Manager or Admin access, contact [email protected].
