HONOLULU (October 3, 2017)—Continuing a rapid growth curve, ProService Hawaii has promoted two professionals to the management level: Tiffany Donnelly has been named client HR manager and Jordan Wong is senior account manager.
Donnelly joined ProService in 2016 as an HR consultant and staff attorney. In her new position, she manages the day to day operations and performance of the Client HR Consulting team, which provides clients with strategic advice and practical solutions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and minimize exposure to regulatory actions and lawsuits. Prior to joining ProService, Donnelly was a research attorney with the Hawaii Senate Majority Research Office; earlier she was a law clerk and then a practicing attorney in Chicago, IL. She is a resident of Hawaii Kai.
Wong has been with ProService since 2012, having started as a payroll services coordinator and most recently serving as account manager. In his new role, he serves as a client advocate, maintaining strong and effective working relationships that ensure client retention. Before ProService, Wong was a consumer banking representative for Bank of Hawaii. He holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and resides in Kailua, where he serves as a director and youth coach for the Kailua Canoe Club.
