“How do I train a high-performing employee to lead and supervise a team of people?” This is the #1 question we get from our clients. At ProService, our in-house training and development team offers a four-week leadership course called “Aspire” to help workers with no leadership experience uplevel their skills to lead and manage others. Not only do we offer leadership courses, but we also provide training curriculum to share best practices for hiring, retaining, and rewarding your people also. Our clients enjoy the variety of formats we offer, from in-person workshops to on-demand digital courses.
