Sterling Higa is CEO of Ediphai, a software company. He previously co-founded Housing Hawaii's Future, a nonprofit movement creating opportunities for Hawai‘i's next generation by ending the workforce housing shortage. He lives in Kaka‘ako with his wife and four children.
Prior, Sterling was a lecturer at Hawai‘i Pacific University and a writer for Honolulu Civil Beat and Hawaii Business Magazine. Sterling serves as Chair of the Hawaii Community Development Authority.

Nick Allain is a B2B marketing leader with over a decade of experience scaling startups from seed to growth stage. Zak Barry, Owner, Alaia Advisory
Zak Barry is a Hawai'i-based founder, operator, and systems thinker who's spent the last decade building businesses that blend purpose, community, and freedom.
He co-founded Banán. The local food brand that somehow made bananas “cool” to eat — and later acquired Closet Systems Supply, a specialty union contracting company outfitting custom closets for some of Hawai'i's biggest developments. Those two rides, from startup scrappiness to structured operations, taught him how to grow from doing everything himself to building scalable systems that let people thrive in their zones of genius.
These days, through Alaia Advisory, he spends his time building, advising, and investing in service-based businesses. The mission's simple: help Hawai'i entrepreneurs design operations that run smoother, profit stronger, and give them more time to live their lives.
