Isolved is releasing a new user interface on July 1, 2022. This update will retire the current isolved GO mobile application and will require your employees, who currently use the isolved GO mobile app, to login using a web browser. The isolved GO mobile app will no longer be available as of July 1, 2022 — the new user interface will be available starting June 24, 2022. This is especially important for your employees who currently use the isolved GO mobile app to clock in and clock out. For these employees currently using the isolved GO mobile app for time and attendance tracking, we recommend they begin using the new interface on June 24, 2022, in preparation for the isolved GO app being retired on July 1, 2022. If your employees do not use the isolved GO mobile app to clock in and out, they can still choose to use the new interface to access other isolved features, but it is not mandatory.

The Initiate Onboarding menu is going away and it will be part of the Pending Employees Screen.
The Pending Employees Screen, formally the Pending EE Dashboard, has been redesigned with a new look and feel.
The Initiate Onboarding page will look slightly different.
Once the employee has completed their onboarding information, you will now have a multi-step onboarding wizard that default will include the following screens:

We wanted the I-9 screen to look as similar to the actual form as possible and have made some exciting changes!
With our Employee Admin Tools menu, we have moved all our I-9 screens to funnel under the I-9 Management menu item rather than being scattered in different areas of the system.
Accruals have been moved under Employee Benefits > Accruals
A new submenu for Training and Development has been created and will have the following underneath it.
