Electronic Onboarding: Your First Step as a New Employee

Complete your new hire paperwork online - quickly, securely, and on your own time.

Welcome! Before your first day, you’ll be asked to complete your new hire paperwork through Electronic Onboarding.

This secure, online process allows you to submit your forms electronically – no printing or paperwork required. Most employees can complete everything in just a few minutes.

Getting your forms completed early helps avoid delays and ensures you’re set up for pay, direct deposit, and other important details from day one.

Step 1: Complete Your Onboarding Online

Once your employer initiates onboarding, you’ll receive an email invitation to get started.

  • Click the link in your email. Didn’t receive it? Be sure to check your spam or junk folders.

Step 2: Set Up Your Direct Deposit

Make payday easy with direct deposit and electronic pay stubs!

With direct deposit, your pay is deposited directly into your bank account on payday – no paper checks and no waiting. It’s the fastest and most reliable way to get paid.

Electronic pay stubs keep your pay history securely stored in one place, so you can view or download your stubs anytime you need them.

No Computer? No Problem!

One of the best parts of electronic onboarding is its flexibility. You can complete all required paperwork from any device—no computer needed. If you don’t have access to a laptop, you can easily finish everything right from your phone.

If you need additional assistance or don’t have access to a laptop or smartphone, an in-office onboarding appointment can be scheduled prior to your first day of work so our team can support you in person.

Please note that your employer must have initiated onboarding in Prism – or submitted all of your required employee information in advance – so our team can fully support you during your appointment.

Please make sure that you bring the following items to your appointment to complete your onboarding:

  • Valid Form I-9 documents – Original documents only; photocopies are not accepted. For a comprehensive list of acceptable documents, please visit this page.
  • Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Voided check or bank letter – Required for direct deposit enrollment.
  • Any required licenses or certifications, if applicable
