How do I apply for a position at ProService Hawaii?

To apply, visit our careers page at proservice.com/career. Once you find a role that interests you, click “Apply Now” to submit your application. All you’ll need to upload is your resume and cover letter if you’d like. Make sure to complete all sections of the application to give us a full view of your qualifications.

What should I include in my application?

We recommend submitting a current resume that highlights your relevant experience, skills, and accomplishments.

How long does it take to hear back after applying?

You should receive a confirmation email shortly after applying. Our Talent Acquisition team reviews each application carefully and aims to get back to candidates as quickly as possible. If your qualifications are a match, we’ll reach out to schedule a phone screen or interview. If the role isn’t a match at this time, you’ll also be notified via email.

What can I expect from the interview process?

Our interview process is designed to give both you and ProService Hawaii a chance to get to know each other better. It typically includes:

  • Initial Phone Screen: A short, 30-minute conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about your background and discuss the role.
  • Hiring Manager Interview: A more in-depth conversation with the hiring manager about your experience and how you could contribute to the team.
  • Panel Interview: A comprehensive interview with the hiring manager and a senior leader, designed to explore your career history, achievements, challenges, and key learning experiences in detail. This allows us to gain deeper insights into how you approach your work and align with our team and organizational goals.
  • Final Call with the President: A conversation with our President focused on culture and values. This is an opportunity to discuss how you align with ProService Hawaii’s mission, core values, and vision for the future.
  • Reference Checks and Verbal Offer: If you reach this stage, we will conduct reference checks by contacting previous employers or colleagues. After successful reference checks, we will extend a verbal offer, followed by a formal written offer outlining the details of your employment.

What is the timeline for the hiring process?

While timelines can vary depending on the role and candidate availability, the typical process takes around 3-4 weeks from the time of application to the final decision. We aim to make decisions quickly and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
