Preventing Harassment for Managers

For Managers: This training is intended to provide managers and supervisors with guidance on how to address and prevent harassment at work. The module will review the legal definition of harassment, provide examples of acceptable behaviors, the Company policy against harassment, and who can be held liable for harassing behaviors. Attendees will learn how to recognize harassing behaviors, respond to a claim of harassment, and how to resolve improper behaviors.
