For all Employees: What makes one company more successful than another? Why does one company get a reputation of being a great place to work while another struggles with a “revolving door”? The answer lies in the strength, or more specifically, the engagement level of its employees. Engaged employees are the ones motivated to stay for what they can GIVE to their organization. Disengaged employees, on the other hand, stay for what they can GET. With that in mind, how can you cultivate a culture of employee engagement?
