  • Did you know that there is a new Form I-9?

    U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) introduced a revised Form I-9 that employers are required to use to verify the identity and work eligibility of every new employee. All newly hired employees must complete and sign Section 1 of this Form I-9 no later than their first day of employment and employers must complete and sign Section 2 of Form I-9 within 3 business days of the date of hire of their employee.
